We are looking for a Field Sales Manager to lead and manage the field sales team, drive sales growth, and achieve targets in the assigned territory. The role involves team supervision, customer interaction, and implementing sales strategies on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of field sales executives
Plan and execute field sales strategies to achieve targets
Visit key clients and support the team in closures
Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Monitor team performance, productivity, and daily activities
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Prepare reports on sales performance and market feedback
Ensure proper execution of company promotions and campaigns
Eligibility & Requirements:
Graduation completed (mandatory)
Minimum 2–6 years of experience in field sales, including team management
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Target-driven and result-oriented
Willingness to travel extensively
