Job Description

We are hiring a dynamic and result-driven field sales manager to manage on-ground sales operations and drive business growth. The role requires leading a field sales team, achieving targets, and expanding market presence in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of field sales executives

  • Plan and execute daily field activities and sales strategies

  • Generate new business through field visits and local market outreach

  • Train, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

  • Monitor performance and prepare sales reports

  • Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships

Eligibility Criteria

  • 2+ years of experience in Field Sales & Marketing

  • Graduation completed in any discipline

  • Must be a local candidate from the same location

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Comfortable working in a target-oriented field role
