Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven Field Sales Manager responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets through field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and acquire new customers through field sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Promote and sell company products/services to potential clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales updates and performance reports.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good sales and convincing ability.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
  • Ability to work independently in a field sales environment.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation completed (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.
  • Comfortable with field work and travel.
  • Local market knowledge preferred.
