Job Description: Field Sales Manager (Agency Channel) – Insurance Sector, India 
Role: Oversee and manage a team of outside sales representatives (OSRs) who work with insurance agents.

Responsibilities: 
Recruit, train, and develop a team of OSRs.
Set sales targets and goals for the team.
Monitor and evaluate team performance.
Provide coaching, support, and motivation to OSRs.
Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions.
Identify and resolve issues within the team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents and customers.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.

Requirements: 
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of the Indian insurance market and regulatory environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
