Responsibilities :

– Generating action plans and doing performance evaluations.

– Preserving staff adherence to agency guidelines, practises, and policies.

– Recruitment, evaluation, and training of new agents.

– As this is fieldwork rather than office work, you should be prepared to work outside.

– And finally, be prepared to build your own network.

Candidate mandated :

– Graduation is required

– Two years or more in competent sales and marketing

– Age range : 25 to 38

– CTC : 2.75 to 3.15 LPA + Bonus + Extra Assistance
