Field Sales Manager for BFSI sector
Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and dynamicย Field Sales Managerย to lead and grow our sales operations in the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive on-ground sales for banking and insurance products in your assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Plan and execute field sales activities to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Generate leads through market visits, promotional activities, and networking.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and documentation standards.
- Develop strong relationships with channel partners to increase sales volume.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2โ5 years of experience in field sales
- Strong communication
- Ability to work independently
- Must own a two-wheeler
- ready for extensive field travel
