Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
– Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling insurance policies.
– Achieving the targets assigned and maintaining sound relations with the clients and agents.
– Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped.
– Licensing, tracking, and activation of the agents.
– Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and providing regular product and process training to them.
– Holding regular meetings with agents, Lead providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned and systematic manner.
Requirement:
– Minimum Experience: 2-5 years exp.in field sales.
– Qualification: Graduation (Any stream).
Preferred Industries: LI, GI, Banking, Pharma, Telecom, Mutual Funds.
