Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
Recruit team and sales product through them.
Customize insurance solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets and quotas set by the company.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with team members and agency managers to enhance sales strategies and performance.
Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.

Requirements:

min 2 years in sales and marketing (Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durable)
Must be Graduate
Must be local candidates
Age between 23 to 40 years
