Location: Mysore

Compensation: Up to ₹3.5 LPA + Lucrative Incentives

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Team Sales Manager to lead our field operations in Local Area. This role focuses on developing a strong team of partners, driving performance, and expanding business through relationship-building and territory management.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and develop a team of sales partners
  • Train and support team members to ensure consistent sales performance
  • Develop local strategies to increase market penetration
  • Use personal and professional networks to generate qualified leads
  • Work consistently in the field to maintain presence and visibility
  • Ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction
