Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Team Sales Manager to lead our field operations in Local Area. This role focuses on developing a strong team of partners, driving performance, and expanding business through relationship-building and territory management.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and develop a team of sales partners
- Train and support team members to ensure consistent sales performance
- Develop local strategies to increase market penetration
- Use personal and professional networks to generate qualified leads
- Work consistently in the field to maintain presence and visibility
- Ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction
