Field Sales Manager-RJ

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct field visits to generate leads and acquire new customers
• Promote and sell products such as insurance, loans, or telecom/FMCG offerings
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets in the assigned territory
• Build and maintain customer relationships for long-term retention
• Provide accurate market feedback and competitor insights to managers
• Submit daily sales reports and update CRM systems if applicable
• Support promotional activities and local marketing campaigns

Candidate Requirements: 

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline)
• Experience: At least 2 years in field sales (BFSI, FMCG, Telecom, or related)
• Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel daily within assigned region
• Immediate joining preferred
