Job Summary:
This role involves both individual sales contribution and team development. You’ll identify potential sales partners, help them grow, and meet personal and team sales goals in a structured and fast-paced environment.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive your own sales targets by connecting with clients
- Onboard and train a team of sales partners
- Track and improve team productivity
- Conduct joint field calls and review meetings
- Lead territory-based sales activities
- Submit performance reports to supervisors regularly
