– Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and stakeholders.
– Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
– Continuously support agents in skill development.
– Prepare performance reports for senior management.
– Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements :
– Bachelor’s degree required.
– At least 2 years of experience in field and retail sales.
– Strong knowledge of agency sales and distribution processes.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills.
– Candidate must be a local resident.
