Job Description

We are hiring For an Ideal Senior Field Sales Manager Who Has Experience And In-depth- Knowledge of The Sales Process, Excellent Client Handling, Source Of Customers, Presentation Skills, and Lead Closing. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Monitoring sales targets and providing updates as needed 
• Work as a team leader. Motivate and connect your team members. Achieve your goal with the help of your team. 
•  Identify & recruit the right quality advisors to build a strong advisor bas 
• The team of Sales Manager will be responsible for the Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network. Implement and adhere to the Need-Based Selling Model to do cross-selling for insurance. 
• Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & managing the spread 
• On-field work to reach the maximum customer 
• Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representative 

Desired Candidate Profile: 

• Min 2+ year experiences in sales and marketing 
• Must be graduate 
•  Local candidate
