Job description:

– Hiring and establishing a network of financial consultants (FCs) that perform well in distribution

-Providing these trained financial advisers with training, inspiration, and motivation to sell insurance

– Meeting with FCs to present insurance alternatives to potential clients.

Candidate profile :

Required Experience: Minimum experience of 2 + Years in Any Field Sales & Marketing

Candidate should be comfortable working through Direct Sourcing

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
