We have an urgent requirement of a Business Development Manager under Agency Vertical for the below-mentioned locations in Maharashtra.

Roles and responsibility:

·         Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.

·         Provide Guidance to agent for achieving targets.

·         Generate leads from open market.

·         Build and maintain relationship with customer

·         Develop team member for more business

·         Joint field work along with Agency partners and advisors to source insurance policy

Candidate profile:

·         Graduation in any stream

·         Experience: 1 to 2 years in sales & marketing

·         Local candidate required

·         Good communication skill

·         Presentation skill

·         Age: 21 to 38

·         One who loves the challenge of chasing and meeting sales targets

·         Employment: Full time
