Job Title: Field Sales Officer

Job Type: Full-time

Role and Responsibilities:

• Travel to markets, stores, and partners in your area to increase product sales
• Build strong relationships with customers and shop owners
• Understand what customers need and offer the right product
• Manage a field sales team, guide them, and help them reach targets
• Keep a daily record of sales, customer visits, and feedback
• Make sure products are available and displayed in local stores
• Report area performance to sales leaders and suggest improvements
• Solve any local market issues quickly and calmly

Candidate Profile:

• 2–4 years of experience in field or direct sales
• Should enjoy talking to people and explaining products clearly
• Can lead a small team and keep them motivated
• Good planning and follow-up skills
• Must be open to daily travel in the field
• Education: Graduate preferred
• Must have a personal bike or scooter and valid driving license
