Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and energetic Field Sales Officer to join our sales team. You will be responsible for meeting clients in person, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets in your assigned territory. This role requires a go-getter attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers in designated areas to promote and sell products or services.
• Identify and convert new leads through cold visits, referrals, and on-ground networking.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers and handle objections.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and activity goals.
• Ensure timely payment collection as per company policy
• Gather insights on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing required.
• Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
• Preferred local candidate.
