Field Sales Officer

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Field Sales Officer to promote and sell our products/services by visiting customers in assigned areas. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to meet sales targets through field visits and direct interactions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers to promote and sell insurance products
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
• Provide regular sales reports to the manager
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues

Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Good knowledge of the local market

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
