Job Role: Business Development Manager
Experience: 1+ Years in Sales
CTC: 3.15 to 3.45 CTC + Incentive + Others Benefits

Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and acquire customers through field activities
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Promote and explain products/services to customers
- Follow up on leads and close sales
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any stream
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/field sales
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work in the field
