Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Officer – BFSI

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and local market activities.
• Sell BFSI products such as loans, credit cards, insurance, mutual funds, and savings accounts.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and productivity benchmarks.
• Educate customers about various financial products and suggest suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Submit daily activity reports and update CRM tools regularly.
• Participate in promotional and marketing activities arranged by the company.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream.
• Passion for field sales and client interactions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
• Experience in BFSI sales is a plus but not mandatory.
