Job Summary:
We are hiring a Field Sales Officer to drive sales of banking and insurance products through direct field activities. The ideal candidate should be energetic, persuasive, and target-driven with strong networking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and referrals
- Sell financial products like life/health insurance, credit cards, savings accounts, loans, etc.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers
- Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Collect documentation and assist customers through the onboarding process
- Maintain relationships with clients for future cross-selling and renewals
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Any graduates preferred
- Experience: 2+ years in field sales (BFSI preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Must be comfortable with outdoor/field work
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Local area knowledge and customer base is a plus
