Job Title: Field Sales Officer – BFSI
Location: Jharsuguda

Job Role:

• Sell banking and insurance products (loans, credit cards, insurance, etc.)
• Identify and approach potential customers in the field
• Explain product features and benefits clearly
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain daily sales records and submit reports to the manager

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate in any stream
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
• Sales experience in BFSI preferred
• Two-wheeler preferred
