Job Title: Field Sales Officer – BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance)
Location: Ajmer

Job Summary:
We are hiring dynamic field sales officers to drive sales for banking and insurance products. Ideal for go-getters passionate about meeting clients and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers for BFSI products (Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, etc.)
• Generate leads through cold calls, field visits & referrals
• Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion rates
• Maintain client relationships and ensure post-sales service
• Report daily sales activities to the team manager

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate
• 2+ years of field sales experience in BFSI preferred
• Own two-wheeler with valid driving license
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
