Job Description
As a Field Sales Officer, you go out into the field to meet customers and sell banking, finance, or insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet potential customers in person
- Sell loans, insurance, savings accounts, credit cards, or investment plans.
- Find new customers through referrals, cold calls, or local marketing.
- Meet monthly or quarterly sales goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
