• Visit customers in person to explain insurance products clearly.
• Help people choose the right insurance plans based on their needs.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
• Collect documents and support customers during the policy process.
• Stay updated about company products and market trends.
• Share daily work updates with your manager.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of sales experience, insurance experience is a plus.
• Good at talking to people and building trust.
• Must be comfortable with field work and meeting new people daily.
