Job Description
As a Field Sales Officer For Insurance , you’ll manage a team working in a specific region to meet targets and ensure smooth daily operations. You will guide your team, solve on-ground issues, and help grow business locally.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of field or sales executives in your assigned area
- Set clear daily goals and monitor team activity and performance
- Train and support team members to improve productivity and sales skills
- Visit key locations to ensure proper coverage and relationship building
- Solve client or team issues in a timely and professional way
- Prepare simple reports on area performance, challenges, and needs
- Make sure your team follows company rules and field discipline
- Work closely with senior managers and share ground feedback regularly
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any field (preferably in Business or Marketing)
- 2–4 years of team handling or field sales experience
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Ability to travel within the assigned area as needed
- Good at solving problems and taking quick decisions
- Must be self-driven, honest, and able to lead by example
