Job Summary:
Looking for energetic sales professionals in Ghatal to manage local client engagement, develop a sales team, and drive business growth in the insurance sector.

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead generation via local outreach
Recruit, train, and manage field agents
Achieve daily/monthly performance metrics
Deliver product presentations and close deals

Qualifications:

Graduate (mandatory)
1+ years in Sales/Fieldwork (BFSI preferred)
Must be a local resident or familiar with Ghatal market
Age below 40
