Job Description

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and oversee regional field marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and foster customer interaction.
Coordinate and manage events, trade shows, and community outreach efforts to drive lead generation and amplify brand presence.
Work closely with sales teams to ensure field marketing initiatives align with sales goals and objectives.
Cultivate and sustain relationships with local influencers, partners, and key stakeholders.
Track, assess, and optimize the performance of field marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed.
Handle field marketing budgets, ensuring efficient and cost-effective implementation of activities.
Share insights with the central marketing team regarding regional market dynamics and customer trends.
