Key Responsibilities:
– Source agents from your assigned territory
– Train and activate agents for regular sales
– Help agents close deals with customers
– Ensure customer satisfaction and service
– Submit performance reports and forecasts
– Work closely with the sales manager for performance reviews
Requirements:
– Graduate in any stream
– 2+ years of field sales experience
– Must know local area and market
– Strong communication and follow-up skills
