Responsibilities:
– Build and manage a team of life insurance agents
– Guide agents to generate leads and meet sales targets
– Conduct joint fieldwork and provide on-ground support
– Track performance metrics and submit timely reports
Requirements:
– Graduate in any stream
– Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
– Must be a local resident of the job location
– Good communication and networking skills
