Job Summary:

We’re hiring a Growth Leader-Field Sales Operations to expand our life insurance business through a high-performing sales team. This role involves recruiting and mentoring local sales professionals, driving sales, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Ideal for local candidates with solid sales experience and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard motivated life insurance advisors
• Mentor partners in solution-based selling and lead generation
• Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews
• Drive business growth and ensure partner retention
• Uphold compliance and ethical practices in all activities
• Represent the brand in your assigned region

We’re Looking For:

• Graduate (must)
• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
• Local candidate with strong area knowledge
• Leadership mindset and good communication skills
• Self-driven and target-focused
