Job Description

Job Title: Product Sales Manager
Location: Warangal (Local candidates preferred)
Education: Any Graduate
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in sales (preferably in field/product sales)
Age Limit: 23 – 40 years

About the Role:
We’re hiring a motivated Product Sales Manager to lead and support a team of sales executives in Mysuru. If you have a proven track record in sales, know your local market, and can guide a team to meet business goals — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Hire, develop, and manage a team of field sales representatives
Understand customer challenges and offer appropriate product solutions
Monitor daily sales activities and ensure targets are achieved
Provide product knowledge training and mentoring to team members
Ensure excellent customer service before and after the sale
Prepare reports and updates on sales performance regularly

What We’re Looking For:
Solid understanding of product sales cycles
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to coach and guide junior team members
Organized and deadline-driven
Capable of handling customer concerns and objections
Experience with lead generation, upselling, and client retention
