The Field Sales & Relationship Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through on-ground client acquisition, account management, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
