Field Sales Representative
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and competitive Field Sales Representative to join our team. As our Field Sales Representative, you will develop sales strategies and be responsible for attracting new clients and customers. You will investigate and find new sales opportunities and close deals.
Resposibility:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Support outreach efforts via cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Help maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new sales strategies and Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in relationship management or customer service.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership capabilities and a strong focus on customer needs.
- Must reside locally.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the BFSI sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
