Door-to-door policy promotion and follow-ups.

Job Role:

• Visit local markets and conduct life insurance promotions.
• Identify, approach, and convince potential customers.
• Deliver high-quality service and timely policy issuance.
• Report daily field activity to the Area Manager.
• Attend regular training sessions and team briefings.

Requirements:

• Graduate with sales aptitude.
• Experience in insurance or field sales preferred.
• Good understanding of local market and customer behaviour.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Own two-wheeler with driving license is a must.
