Job Description

Field Sales Representative is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of a company’s field sales team. This role typically involves managing multiple territories, leading regional managers or reps, developing strategy, and ensuring revenue targets are met through in-person sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional or national field sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage and mentor regional sales managers and field reps; recruit, train, and retain top talent.
  • Set and monitor KPIs, sales targets, and pipeline health; analyze data to optimize performance.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations to align field efforts with broader initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
