Key Responsibilities
- Plan to increase your market presence and reach new clientele.
- Utilize industry knowledge and your personal network to create leads while working in an open market.
- Hire, train, and oversee a group of advisors or agents.
- Encourage sales from your staff and assist them in reaching their personal goals.
- Establish and nurture solid client relationships to guarantee sustained business success.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any field
- Field sales experience of at least two years (preferentially in insurance, FMCG, BFSI, telecom, FMCG, pharmaceutical, etc.)
- A solid local network and familiarity with the local market are essential.
- demonstrated capacity to operate independently and reach sales goals
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
