Position: Field Sales Representative
We are looking for an ambitious and performance-driven Field Sales Representative to lead field sales operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in direct sales, a strong local network, and the ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region
- Generate leads through direct sales activities, referrals, and local networking
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of field sales advisors
- Drive team performance to achieve and exceed individual and team targets
- Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Track sales metrics and report on team performance regularly
- Provide market feedback to improve sales strategy and customer engagement
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (experience in FMCG, BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, etc. preferred)
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and an existing professional network
- Self-motivated with a proven record of meeting or surpassing sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
