Job Description

Position: Field Sales Representative 

We are looking for an ambitious and performance-driven Field Sales Representative to lead field sales operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in direct sales, a strong local network, and the ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region
  • Generate leads through direct sales activities, referrals, and local networking
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of field sales advisors
  • Drive team performance to achieve and exceed individual and team targets
  • Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Track sales metrics and report on team performance regularly
  • Provide market feedback to improve sales strategy and customer engagement

 

Eligibility Criteria 

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (experience in FMCG, BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, etc. preferred)
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and an existing professional network
  • Self-motivated with a proven record of meeting or surpassing sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
