Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Representative to join our team. The role involves building strong client relationships, expanding market reach, and driving revenue growth through direct sales in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit potential and existing customers to present company products/services.

Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and field visits.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Participate in promotional activities, events, and product demonstrations.

Coordinate with the sales manager to achieve assigned sales targets.

Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build long-term client relationships.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
