Role Overview:

We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to generate leads, visit potential customers, and achieve sales targets in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to meet clients and promote products/services.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Maintain strong relationships with customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide market feedback to the team.
Requirements:

Graduate with 1–3 years of field sales experience.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Experience in BFSI, FMCG, or similar sectors preferred.
