We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Representative to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers for financial products such as loans
• Build strong relationships with clients and deliver consultative solutions based on their financial goals
• Explain product features, benefits, and terms to clients clearly and confidently
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and market intelligence
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2–5 years of experience in field sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet clients face-to-face
• Manage on-ground sales efforts
• Good understanding of financial products
