Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our BFSI sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct customer meetings and product presentations in homes, offices, or public spaces.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2–6 years of experience in field sales
• Excellent communication
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Local market knowledge
