We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Representative in the agency vertical for India’s leading insurance company.
Role & responsibilities
- Lead and support your financial advisor to meet their sales targets.
- Monitor and report on team progress regularly.
- Build strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Identify opportunities to provide additional financial solutions.
- Identify and pursue new clients in the insurance sector.
- Develop strategies for expanding our market presence
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
Required Candidate profile:
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 2+ years in Any Field of Sale
- Age: Min 21 Years – Max 38 Years
- Two-wheelers require
- Must be Local
