Job Description
The bank’s financial products, such as loans, credit cards, and savings accounts, will be promoted and sold by the sales field officer. In order to increase sales, this position requires a lot of fieldwork, client engagement, and relationship management.
Accountabilities:
Make field trips to find possible customers and close deals on banking goods.
Gain a thorough understanding of the target market, offerings, and services of the bank.
Establish rapport with clients in order to fulfill their financial requirements.
Keep growing and maintaining a customer base by cross-selling other financial products.
Reach the given daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Gather market and consumer trends and feedback to guide the sales approach.
Verify that all sales-related paperwork is accurate and comprehensive.
Work together with internal divisions to guarantee client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma in any field.
Prior field sales, customer service, or banking sales experience.
Superb interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
A goal-oriented mentality and the capacity to function in a competitive setting.
Capacity to adjust to changing client needs while working in multiple locations.
– A readiness to make long trips and use time wisely.
Familiarity with basic financial products is advantageous.
Knowledge of the local language and a current driver’s license may be prerequisites.
