Job Description
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and proactive Field Sales representative to stimulate business through direct sales and to form a high-performing team from the open market. This role encompasses lead generation, acquiring clients, and recruiting agents or partners for the purpose of business expansion.
Roles and responsibilities::
- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through field visits and thorough market mapping.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage sales agents or team members from the open market.
- Train and encourage the recruited team to accomplish sales targets.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring the delivery of quality business.
- Meet established daily, weekly, and monthly sales and recruitment objectives.
Candidate profile::
- Applicants should be graduates or have finished their 12th grade, along with considerable experience in field sales.
- A relevant background of 1 to 5 years in direct sales, field sales, or channel establishment is necessary.
- The candidate must be self-motivated and demonstrate strong communication and convincing skills.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid license is preferred.
