To join our team, we are looking for an Field Sales Representative – Insurance  that is motivated and results-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Create and build connections with both current and future customers.
• Hold presentations, meetings, and product demos in person.
• Create and put into action sales strategy to reach or surpass quotas.
• Close deals and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and quickly resolve client issues.
• Keep up with market conditions, rivals, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Two to four years of field sales
• Outside sales experience
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong desire to accomplish goals
• Work on your own and efficiently manage your time
• Local candidates are preferred.
