Job Description
The Field Sales Representative is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships within a defined territory. This position involves direct sales, prospecting, presenting products, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Territory Management: Target and engage potential clients while nurturing current relationships.
Sales & Business Development: Achieve sales goals through prospecting, cold calls, and in-person visits.
Client Relationship: Foster long-term customer relationships, provide after-sales support, and uncover upsell opportunities.
Market Awareness: Track competitor actions and customer trends to identify opportunities.
Sales Reporting: Keep accurate sales records and update management regularly.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in field sales or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Goal-oriented with a proven sales track record.
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
