Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales and expand our customer base in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers for BFSI products
• Conduct field visits, cold calls, and client meetings to generate leads and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on BFSI industry trends, regulations, and market competition.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-5 years of field sales experience in BFSI
• Strong communication, negotiation,
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently
• Familiarity with BFSI products
