Job Description
A Field Sales Specialist is responsible for generating sales by meeting potential customers in person, demonstrating products or services, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, door-to-door visits, and networking.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing
- 2+ years of experience in field sales or direct sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
