• Regularly assess employee performance and offer helpful criticism.
• Create and put into action sales tactics to increase income.
• To maximize team efforts, find new sales possibilities and industry trends.
• Work together with top management to match company objectives with sales targets.

Essential Skills & Qualifications: 

• A bachelor’s degree
• Two or more years of sales experience
• demonstrated aptitude for managing and growing a successful sales team.
• outstanding communication skills both in writing and speaking.
• The capacity to recognize obstacles
